Next are the main properties of D'Alex DPM that will help you understand it and make a final decision regarding your booking:
• The most in advance in regard to your arrival you make a booking, the smaller will be the price per night you pay. Exception: if there is capacity left for the close future (usually the next 3 days), D'Alex DPM will pull the price down and will offer you a “last minute” offer automatically
• The bigger the number of nights of your stay, the smaller will be the price per night you will pay
• The more persons are staying, the higher the price you pay per night, but this relations is not proportional: you do not pay twice as much for two persons as for one person
• Prices for nights during higher seasons are higher than prices for nights during low seasons.
