4. Number of persons
D’Alex Munich Apartments is entitled
to refuse admittance to the persons exceeding the number on the booking form or the number of beds of each apartment.
Nobody else is admitted to stay in our apartments without authorization.
5. Cleaning Policy
On arrival you will find your property
clean and tidy. A final cleaning charge of 35 € for each week begun, is not
included in the rental price and has to be paid extra in any case, no matter how many days your booking lasts. It
includes linen (sheets and towels), garbage disposal and apartment cleaning services.
6. Arrivals
A D’Alex Munich Accommodations’s agent will meet at the apartment booked
to make the check-in and hand the keys.
Check-in time:can be arranged between
5pm (17h00) and 8pm (20h00) on the day of arrival. Earlier/later check-ins may also be arranged upon request per
email or telephone at least 4 days prior to the arrival, however are not guaranteed, and will depend on whether or not there is an staff member available. The guest is requested to contact D’Alex Munich Apartments in order to fix
a time for a meeting at the booked apartment on the day of arrival. It is essential that you inform D’Alex
Munich Apartments of your estimated time of arrival in Munich.
7. Departures
Please kindly make all arrangements for the departure well in advance.
Check-out timeis at 12.00 pm (12h00) on day of departure
if not otherwise agreed. No personal from D’Alex Munich Apartments is required to be present at check-out time.
The guest simply leaves the keys visible inside the apartment and leaves the apartment closing the entrance door.
Not agreed late departures will be charged with a 100 % of a day rate calculated on the basis
of current rates (see D’Alex Dynamic Price calculation system at www.munich-appartments.com).
Leaving the apartment before the agreed departure date will not entitle the guest to any refund or compensation.
8. Change of reservation
Any change of reservation date should be communicated to D’Alex Munich Apartments
as soon as possible by email or telephone.
If apartments are availability for the revised dates, then we will make the corresponding changes at the
current rates (see D’Alex Dynamic Price Model (DPM) at www.munich-appartments.com).
In case no apartments are available for the new dates and the client wishes to cancel the reservation,
D’Alex Munich Accommodations’s cancellation policy will apply (see §9.).
Any request of extension of the stay should be sent to D’Alex Munich Apartments as soon
as possible. If an apartment is available, the additional charges will be calculated on the basis of current
rates (see D’Alex Dynamic Price Model (DPM) at www.munich-appartments.com).
