Bedroom and livingroom are mixed in the same space, with a king size double bed (200cm x 190cm) and a 190cm x 140cm leather bed-sofa as sleeping furnitures.
There is a 32" stereo TV with local an international programs. A DVD player and a stereo system are also available for your entertainment.
A WLAN DSL Internet connection is included in price (provided you bring your own laptop).
The apartment has a bathroom with toilet, shower cabine, towels and hair dryer.
Towels and linen are included in the price.
There is a wide offer of restaurants in the neighbourhood, both of bavarian and international cooks.
There is a final cleaning fee of 35,- € no matter how long the stay is.
