We are very pleased to introduce you to our apartment DAlex Prague in Munich. This apartment is a result of our expansion to other areas of the city of Munich. It is located in the Sendling district, a very central and traditional neighborhood in Munich, just 3 km from the Marienplatz, the central square in Munich. This apartment offers you an ideal place to spend your holiday or business trip to Munich.
We have furnished this apartment in an art nouveau style. The art nouveau style is very wide spread in Prague, the city giving the name to this apartment. The apartment has two double bedrooms. On entering the apartment you will be in the first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Just as continuation to this room you will find the kitchen with livingroom together. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for you to make your meals at home. Stove and oven, dish washer, microwafe, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available at your disposition.
There is a confortable sofa for relaxation. A 19" flat TV with national and international channels is available in this room. After this room you will find the second bedroom, an small room with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). From this bedroom you can access the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. There is a washing machine in the bathroom too. Bed linen and towels are provided.
We have spared no efforts and resources to achieve an aesthetically pleasing and functional environment for your stay.
The apartment is located in basement level of a building from the 1920's, which has been recently completely restored. There are windows in every room, making the apartment bright and well ventilated. Due to the backyard location the apartment is very quiet.
The metro station Implerstrasse (line U3/U6) is located about 400 meters away from the apartment. With the subway it is only 4 stops to the very downtown of Munich (Marienplatz). You can reach very fast every sight and interesting point in the city.
