You will find peace and comfort in this 50 square meter apartment. It is ideal for individuals, couples or small families with one or two children.
This home is situated with excellent transport links (200 meters from the subway station Candidplatz on the line U1, 5 min travel time to the Central Train Station). The apartment is very quiet, in the back yard and has space for up to three guests (note: no two separate bedrooms!).
The modern kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All the necessary utensils for daily use: cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans are provided.
Bedroom and living room are in the same room. For comfortable sleep you will find a king-size bed (200cm x 200cm) and a sofa bed (190cm x 140cm) that can be used as sleeping place for another person. A very large wardrobe is at your disposal.
A television with local and international channels (cable television) and radio are available for your entertainment.
The apartment has a bathroom with sink, tub and toilet, hairdryer, vanity mirror and washing machine. Towels and toilet paper are of course available.
As for the infrastructure you can found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment everything you need for your daily needs. The subway station Candidplatz (line U1) is about a hundred meters away from the apartment. The bus line 52 direct to Marienplatz it is just as close too.
In the apartment you will find in our welcome pack a neighborhood map with listed restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other useful services in the neighborhood. Relaxing walks can be made in the just five minutes away Isarauen.
Wireless Internet access is available in this apartment and costs nothing extra, as well as a telephone with a flat rate in the German fixed network. If you want to discover the Bavarian capital with the bike you can use our bikes for free. It is a Non smoking apartment.
In the garage in the same building there is a spacious private parking slot at your disposal. The elevator takes you from there directly into the fifth Floor. This will cost 5 € extra per day extra.
